Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched on the next working day. Your order will be shipped via standard delivery unless you select an alternative shipping method. After dispatch, delivery usually takes up to 15 working days.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Note: Delivery time does not include the additional 1–2 working days required for order processing.
Shipment Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
How do I redeem my discount code?
You can enter your discount code on the final page before completing your order. There you will find a field for the discount code. Insert your code and click “Apply”. The total amount will be updated accordingly.
Note: Discount and referral codes are valid for one use per order only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
